Irrigational Facilities

Irrigational FacilitiesBeing in a drought-prone region, the farmers have to depend mainly on rain for all their activities of cultivation. Sona Masuri rice of Sindhanur has a widespread fame. With SUCO Bank sponsored Lift Irrigation; the farmers need not be under the mercy of rain. The bank has extended loan facilities to needy farmers who intend to adopt local irrigational plans like the one above.

Granary

The bank has set-up a granary for the farmers to store their crops and retrieve back to sell it when there is a demand in the market. This is achieved in co-ordination with LVT, a popular rice brand firm in Karatagi.

The bank is therefore committed to its policy of contributing to general welfare and growth of the society.
